| I have always taken my car to the dealer for service. Well - NOT ANYMORE! The last time I took my car to the dealer, the service tech called and gave me a laundry list of things that were wrong on my car and needed immediate attention. All would have cost me well over $1,000! I didn't trust this service tech and so I did a little investigating online and came upon Your Car Specialist. I was impressed with the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Steve took really good care of me and was in constant communication with me throughout the day. He told me was was urgent and requiring an immediate fix (serpentine belt), with a cost that was 1/3 of what the dealer quoted me. and told me what could wait (rear breaks). The prices are great, my car is running great and I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Steve and YOUR CAR SPECIALIST! You've earned a new customer! :-) |

| Went to Diamond Honda in Industry, they said there wasn't a problem. Went to Community Honda in Whittier, they found the problem - needed new front axles on our 2005 Odyssey. Cost for repair = $1000. Called YCS and they fixed it in 1/2 day - actual cost = $495. They also diagnosed a bad batttery - could have left my wife stranded if not fixed. These guys ROCK - go there, don't go anywhere else. |

Every time I go in, whether for a specific problem with my car or just for routine maintenance, they are always quick and do an excellent job. I have never felt like they try to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. In fact, there have been numerous times they have actually told me that I didn't need to have things done that I thought I did. They really take care of you and your car here, and I really appreciate having such a great shop to take my car to. |

| I am so happy my good friend referred Your Car Specialists to me. I feel very comfortable with the service I have received from Steve and the staff for about a year now. Steve has given me very sound advise regarding the problems with a previous car and now on the car I recently bought, used. I took it to him to have the car checked out. Steve looked up the history on the car and gave me a sound ok but for a few minor things to be taken care of. I would recommend Your Car Specialists to all my friends. |
